I already have FD in Jupiter account. I have been trying to close that fd since 2 days it is still showing withdrawal is initiated but the amount is not credited yet.
Please give me a solution for this or do the needful.

Hey @Pavithra_Vijayan thank you for sharing your credentials. I have reviewed this and the FD withdrawal initiated from your end has failed due to technical issue at bank’s end.
we are fixing this currently. I apologize for the experience. You don’t have to follow up. Once this is resolved I will proactively reach out to you and assist you with the withdrawal.
The issue is not yet resolved.
Our partner bank has informed us that you have withdrawn both deposits ending XX6013 & XX6498 externally outside Jupiter app on 19-06-2025 due to which the technical issue was showing in your app.
The status of the deposits will also be updated in the Jupiter app in 48 hours time. Thank you for your patience.
It is very disappointing that the issue is not resolved yet. I need a solution as soon as possible.
