In the list of loans section on opening the Equifax credit score, only the pending loans are visible.
Please show both active and inactive loans with last update on the report.
Reason: Many Banks/NBFCs are missing out on updating Equifax report. Which means a closed loan with zero liabilities can still be open with Equifax. However, it won’t show up in Jupiter as liabilities are zero.
