App not working while corporate VPN is on

Hi Team,

I work in a MNC where I need to have VPN on inorder to receive important emails.

while VPN is on, jupiter app is not working.

it used to work before when vpn is on.

but I started to see the app is not working from last two three days.

need help asap to fix this issue.
