Go for Jupiter. Two reasons:
Just kidding. It is too early to tell which one is better. In the meanwhile you can see offerings of both on jupiter.money and fi.money and decide the best for yourself. Though, I would incline towards Jupiter.

My personal experience 60 days ago still my ticket is opened without any solution.
