Have you received the card yet?
On the way
You can’t even call customer care of Indie. If you mail them you will get a reply after 5 days.
I placed my order on September 6th, but unfortunately, it was canceled due to a technical error. However, the product manager personally reached out to me and assured me that they would reship it promptly. A new order was placed on the 13th and shipped via BlueDart, but it turns out they don’t provide service in my area, so the package was returned to the sender. They have now promised to send it via DTDC.
I’m still eagerly awaiting the arrival of my card
@Naruto So they introduced Mumbai version too? I can see only Lucknow, Indore and Bharath (common) version ion their website
Wow! Indeed…
Yeah! I am trying to close mine because if something goes wrong or my money gets stuck, there isn’t a way to reach them. They even mark my email as spam. I had to tag them on Twitter to finally get my email through to them
The irony is that I was the first who applied and informed our community regarding the Pepper Money Prepaid card.
Also, I received a WhatsApp message confirming my inclusion in their list of the first 100 users.
And, I have yet to receive my card.
location matters I guess. It took them so much time to send the card. I ordered on september 7
Mine got delivered yesterday and I applied the day when u told us in the community
How is Pepper Money better than other RuPay credit cards?
Pepper Money and other PPI issuers (Slice winks) will soon get RBI clearance to partner with registered partners (not just NBFCs anymore) to issue credit lines via UPI.
This includes established Fintechs like Pine Labs, Razorpay and PayU, most like Amica as well.
You have to close within 14 days otherwise they will charge Rs 500 (days and fees may vary)
Yes, it is chargeable and you will get only Pink and Black option I think.
The Yellow/neon option might currently display as ‘out of stock.’
Black also out of stock
Is pepper money prepaid card is in sense like a debit card?
Can we use it in atm as well?
