If that’s the case I’ll start using gpay it was always my fav choice
You don’t have any problem with number based upi number?
I do . That’s why I use cred mostly but when cred shows bugs or loads slow , I will switch to payzapp or jupiter .
I use cred more when my cc bill is received in my email. I get more cashback from cred during that time.

““Paytm Payments Bank Limited and Paytm, which is OCL, are two very different companies not just at arm’s length, I call it farm length now. The approach here is of a completely clear understanding that whatever Paytm Bank does is for its good and for their business plan,” Sharma said.”

Work culture at Revolut.
I am going to get bashed for my comment - what is wrong in expecting people to put in work?
For What??? Definition of Work is very subjective.
Everyone is different, with different priorities, different lifestyle, different dreams, different way of looking at things, and so on. So how extended work hours or even culture can be same for all. Everyone looks as per his/her own viewpoint and that viewpoint is defined by permutation and combinations of multiple factors.
My eg: I know someone who wants to grow big time and that is why he left his cushy job and joined a startup as co-founder, failed big time in 2017 and facing the brunt even today. Just 3 months back, he again took a risk in his professional career at a ripe age; now for you it would be harakiri but for him it was way out for becoming wealthy and not rich. This is subjective, and even his definition of growing.
Do you think, if 8 hrs are common for everyone then everyone works for 8 hrs? Some get their work done in 2 hrs, some in 6 hrs and some are not able to complete it within 16 hrs.
But @yagnesh01 it’s good that you took out this point.
@kingzeusvj agree, perceptions do matter. Some of the examples that you sighted are spot on. However, in general; every time I talk about importance of putting in the hard work consistently to grow and succeed in our town halls with our employees or during one to one sessions, there is a lot of pushback. Expecting them to just do their jobs is considered way too much. This could also because of the age group we employ. The average age of employee in my company is 24 years.
@yagnesh01 I am not an expert, but after two decades in the professional world, I can unequivocally state that maturity and talent cannot be purchased
Very few will understand that hard work is what you sow and success is what you reap; and very very few practice this.
There’s a stark difference between an Employee vis-a-vis a Talent.
Plus, with every change, there ought to be pushback [that’s how humans are wired]. But, at the end of the day, it all comes down to how one downloads the information and how another person looks at the downloaded information.
very apt
“har koi apni dukaan chalana cahhta hai - aur jo dukaan chala raha hai, he/she knows the importance of 70 hrs ”
@kingzeusvj honestly this does not suprise me as these are the kind of rebuttals I get from my employees
@yagnesh01 more power to you :space_thumb:
