Hi everyone,

I recently activated the XtraBoost feature on Jupiter. After some time, I noticed that my money was not increasing as expected, so I decided to deactivate the service.

Before deactivating, I tried to withdraw my funds. Around 90% of the amount was successfully withdrawn, but the remaining balance is still stuck and not getting withdrawn.

I’ve tried multiple times to place a withdrawal request, but it keeps failing. This seems like a bug or issue within the Jupiter app.

Also, there is no proper option to contact customer support regarding this specific issue. I tried using live chat, but couldn’t find a relevant query option.

This has been quite frustrating. I request the Jupiter team to please look into this issue and help me withdraw my remaining funds.

If anyone else has faced this or knows a solution, please help.

I facing the same issue, i withdraw my money on 29th March (Sunday) and its stuck as i check today morning as well.
This is really frustrating and i can’t knowingly recommend Jupiter to someone, is this kinda of level of support thats provided.
