What are the metrics Jupiter is looking at in the first two years?

Two things I’m wondering about-

  1. Customer experience metrics since it’s a co-created banking experience.
  2. Growth Metrics

I would say, Customer Activation and Engagement. It all depends on the metrics:

Growth = product (data * design * engineering) ^ marketing

This formula means, if the product, design and engineering are good, it needs the least marketing ever. Or vice versa. Meaning, if product is not that much, then marketing needs to be more amplified.

Whatever Jupiter does, it should overall be Stronger growth and better economic prospects, in terms of product, business and technology.

PS: I don’t work in Jupiter. Just my personal perspective…
