# Urgent: Account Restricted Due to Verification Issue Despite Completed KYC/eKYC

My Jupiter account is blocked because the app says my details are not verified. My original KYC was completed long ago, and I recently completed eKYC again. It still hasn’t updated.

Please manually review my account and tell me the exact reason for failure (name mismatch, DOB mismatch, document issue, face verification issue, or technical error).
