Jupiter is running an offer called UPI Carnival. I participated in it and made several transactions, but I did not receive any rewards.

I am an Aurora user, so I contacted the support team. They informed me that I made the transactions using a Federal Bank account and that rewards are only provided when transactions are made through Jupiter UPI using a linked third-party bank account.

I am confused because the Terms & Conditions only state that transactions must be made through the Jupiter app. They do not mention anywhere that a third-party bank account must be linked in order to be eligible for rewards.

Could the team please confirm whether this condition is actually applicable? If so, kindly point me to the relevant clause in the published T&Cs. Otherwise, this appears to be potentially misleading, as users would have no way of knowing about such a restriction in advance.

Rewards will be credited after June 30th to all the eligible users. If you don’t get rewards for your eligible transactions by 7th July, kindly DM me directly.

However, my question is this: your agent told me that rewards are only given to users who make payments through a third-party bank linked to Jupiter UPI, such as Axis, SBI, or HDFC. Since I made the payments using my Federal Bank account, I was informed that I am not eligible.

If this information is incorrect, then it is quite frustrating, especially considering the premium support services provided to Aurora users.

Due to this information, I stopped making daily transactions through Jupiter because I had already completed around 10–15 transactions using my Federal Bank account. If the information provided by your agent was incorrect, I would now have to start over from scratch with a new bank account, which is quite disappointing and frustrating.
