Now tho interest is getting decreased. Low wait list people are not getting card. At least check our eligibility and let us knw if it is rejected or approved. İnstead of having waitlist for no reason

So, is Jupiter checking our PAN and credit score details to even give the option to apply for the Edge card? Anyway, there were no such details that Jupiter would collect our credit score when we joined the waitlist as far as I remember. And I think even entering the PAN was optional.

NVM, no problem. I’m still disappointed in the waitlist system, as I’m still not sure if it’s FCFS.

Cause if it’s a first-come, first-served system and there was an eligibility check to give the ā€˜option to apply’ the card, then most of you guys here with the lowest waitlist numbers were rejected by Jupiter.:face_with_open_eyes_and_hand_over_mouth:

Waitlist numbers aren’t moving it seems. Also, I have been provided with 2 different waitlist numbers, 10132 on website, and 35040 in jupiter app.

Basically the waiting list was just to hype the card :joy:. They only give this to selected people. Atleast Fi says you are not eligible for the card at the moment :slightly_smiling_face:.

Tbh, I don’t even know why they created a waitlist number system. The waitlist number is useless for customers if it’s not first-come first-served. The number has no value.

Based on the Jupiter team’s responses, the rollout is determined by some ā€˜factors’ and not the waitlist number.

So, I think it’s better to blame the ones who designed and created the waitlist number system. They even failed in implementing it properly.

I mean, we all know about the issue where the waitlist numbers were different in the app and on the website

The team that worked on this part(waitlist system), in my opinion, was a failure. It’s okay, you can do better next time. Good luck, guys :wink::blush:

they were offering the previous VISA based card as pre-approved offer, in which i was not interested, but this rupay based card seems like a better choice. But after reading those comments stating the waitlist number is just for show then it seems soon I will be cutting all ties with jupiter as being a pro since inital days is pretty useless.

All the team members of Jupiter & specially CEO Jiten has done what they tried. They created hype for Edge Rupay Credit Card with misleading information and offers. Try to close this shit account. In some days they will start taking various charges for maintain account with them. As we all knows RBI tightened norms for Credit card & personal loans. For survival, they have to taking charges

The card is being issued in phases to few sets of users.
The team needs time to understand, test the offerings within a small user base first before launching it out for everyone.

This helps us iron out the issues and tweak the RuPay CC experience for everyone else.

Once there’s an update, we’ll share it here on this thread :raised_hands:

Hi, anyone has applied the CSB credit card? I am facing an issue wherein I have already done the video kyc yesterday but the page still wants me do the video kyc. I am confused whether the video kyc I did yesterday didn’t go well or is it just waiting to get updated from the backend.
