# Unable to update communication address

I tried to update communication address in Jupiter multiple times. It keeps on getting failed always. There is no proper resolution from customer support too.

For which product you are looking to update the communication address? Please share your support ticket number as well.

5118340 is ticket id. It’s been more than 4 days and ticket id closed without any update.

@aravindp17 we see that your ticket is still open and our internal team is looking into it. May I know where you are seeing the ticket is closed so I can check if theres any issue?

In help center, when i open the chat, it shows conversation is closed. And it’s been a week already. How much time it can take to change the communication address? How long it can take to get this solved?

Thank you for sharing that, @aravindp17 I have sent you a DM to check the ticket status issue. Regarding the communication address, it should get fixed today. I will update you on this. Please dont worry.
