Hi team, getting a “Something cracked” error when trying to apply for a new debit card. Don’t have an active card right now. Could someone please help? Thanks! ---

Hi Tabassum, I checked your case regarding why you’re currently unable to generate a new Debit Card. There is a limit of **3 Debit Card orders/generations (physical or virtual) within a 30-day period**. Since you’ve already reached this limit in the last 30 days, you’re currently unable to generate another card. The last card generation on your account was on **19th September** , so you’ll be able to generate a new physical or virtual Debit Card **after 19th October** , once the 30-day limit resets. We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Regards, Aayush ---
