# Sorry your account could not be created

I’m unable to open an account with Jupiter. Have been facing this issue for over a year. Error message:

“Sorry your account could not be created. This could happen even your profile does not match Jupiter’s policies.”

Thanks for your interest but it seems you don’t meet our eligibility requirements for savings account at this point in time.

could you like to tell me what is the eligibility i am not able to meet ? i am 20 year old with good credit score ? what would be the possible reason?
