I am seeing this today on the app…

“Our services will be unavailable from 2 AM to 4 AM (morning hours) on September 27th for system upgrades. Please plan transactions accordingly.”

This is great. Please keep this up. Makes us customers aware of the situation and be prepared for the same.

AFAIK, Citibank used to do it. #RIP. God rest it’s soul (in India). 😢

But Citibank used to send an SMS as well. So maybe Jupiter can also think about WhatsApp or SMS notifications.

If I am wrong, Jupiter has issued similar notifications in the past. Therefore, it might be more appropriate to post this as additional information rather than creating a separate thread. 👍🏻
