Please let me know how to reach out also, because when I send an email, even after 4 days they are not responding or calling back. Ticket ID - #5203517.

When I try chat option, due to this blocking screen, it’s not showing Chat screen.

When I connected in your customer care number 8655055086, it’s not at all connecting to an executive and just being in IVR.

Let me know how to proceed. Or ask the team to call in my registered number.

You will be able to see an option to open a Jupiter Savings Account within the app. If you are eligible, you will be able get an account.
