When I try To withdraw Money From IDBI Bank ATM, It is showing " You are Restricted from Using This ATM". What is the problem?.. It is also a PSB

Yes i have also used the card in allahabad bank, canra ,sbi,punjab national bank facing same problem

I can explain the issue. Jupiter is a Visa card and routed through Visa network. Some ATMs restrict txns through Visa network and want them to be routed through NPCI network as they don’t have arrangement with Visa. We are not addressing this issue right now as these ATMs are less than 2% in the country. Users can still use 98% of ATMs to withdraw money if they are restricted from any specific ATM.
