- ATM issurance/new PIN ( forget PIN) Charges

- ATM Annual Maintenance charges (Normal to Premium)

- Customer Care decency & behaviour on call.

- Bank staff Behaviour/Attitude/Politeness

- Problem Solving Capabilities ( include Time, and Your effort)

- Trust on Bank / Services

- Trust/fear( of Failure Txn. & Reversal) while doing Transaction

- Passbook Re-issue

- Statement Print out on Passbook/A4 size paper ( in the Branch , Charges, efforts etc)

- Online Supports - over Chatting, mails etc?
