POTS 25K ISSUE

I made 25k Pots deposite today.. some error.. money detucted and its showing Paymeny successful in the statement but im not able to see the amount added to my pot.. its still empty. Resolve this asap. I have already raised an email regarding this

There was an issue with Federal Bank systems but it was fixed last night. Can you check if you are still facing the issue?
