Not getting jewels on payment on bigbasket

I’m not able to get the jewels on payment on the bigbasket by the use of the debit card.

Kindly read the Terms and Conditions…It is clearly mentioned there that “Offer is applicable only on UPI intent Transactions”

Update: the offer only working with big busket app only … If you order product from desktop or mobile browser it’s not working. Let’s simplified: by browser there is a option upi > u need enter the id and send request> open Jupiter app and approve the upi payment request).

Cashback will be given in the form of Jewels. I am talking about the exclusive ongoing offer of 100 off on Big Basket.
Regarding the usual 1% jewels on debit card Spending, I can see that offer is valid on payments on Swiggy, Flipkart, Uber, Myntra, Dunzo, Amazon and Zomato. Kindly double check if big basket is eligible or not.

As for eligible merchants if you use your debit card online or offline you can get rewards basically at any merchant except a few related to gambling/finance/wallet etc… The listed 5 merchants are for rewards on UPI transactions. [image] Hope that clears out rewards structure a bit…

Actually I am still a normal saving account holder, and am yet to covert to PRO (Hopefully Soon). I shared what was mentioned under the Terms and Conditions you can see under “How to earn 150 Jewels on Debit Card per month” on the PRO tab. Hopefully @Abhishek_Ulayil can clear your doubt here

Additionally, there should be a specific time limit for orders/transactions to be eligible for receiving rewards such as jewels, for instance, once the return period is over.

Bro, I understand your issue. As mentioned by @razack The 1% cashback will be given in the form of Jewels when you do a UPI transaction with eligible merchants. Currently, these are the eligible merchants for 1% Jewels :-

Cashback (Jewels) will be given only if you pay to these merchants (min amount 100) .

If you spent more than 100₹ then you would get rewards and it will be listed in jewels section but to redeem it you need to wait 15 days.

Jewels are accessible on the top of the screen besides the help icon.(Note: 1% cashback jewels are not added to the main account directly)

If you have not received any jewel despite fulfilling the above conditions, you must raise a issue ticket.

@Abhishek_Ulayil I think this post has caused some confusion for Alec and what I understood is that the query is about whether every transactions done by debit cards are eligible for 1% or not? or only those merchants specified by Jupiter (Swiggy, Flipkart, Uber, Myntra, Dunzo, Amazon and Zomato)?

I understand that(I don’t buy from there either) but you can use your debit card anywhere like buying books from amazon or eating out in an restaurant etc, you will still get rewards for them .

Clarifying for your reference:

For PRO and Salary users, we have the following:

• 1% rewards on UPI: These can be availed on the 7 merchants: Swiggy, Flipkart, Uber, Myntra, Dunzo, Amazon and Zomato. BigBasket is not included here.
• 1% rewards on debit card spends

If you use your debit card to pay on BigBasket and you are a PRO or Salary user, you should be able to earn 1% rewards. If not so, please reach out to our Support team for help.

Offer on BigBasket:
This is applicable for all Android users, on UPI intent transactions. You can apply the offer on the BigBasket checkout page, pay via Jupiter UPI (click on Jupiter logo), and earn cashback.

I have a small suggestion with the terms and conditions in the PRO tab regarding the 1% cashback. It would be clearer if “1% rewards on debit card spends” were listed on a separate line or as a separate point.

Yes, you can go through Debit card payment for getting reward upto 150 as jewels.
