No seats are available. Withdraw consent and ask for removal of PII

I was just trying to create an account today and the app notified that there are no seats available. The app will notify to me when the new seats becomes available. - no clue what this means.

So what’s going on? It also doesn’t says “when” they become available. I feel like played on by Jupiter, they should run the check before collection PII of users whether they can actually onboard a customer.

But now, since I cannot use the service at the moment and Jupiter collected all the my PII and I wish to withdraw my consent of use of my any of PII by Jupiter or its partners and ask for removal of all my PII. What’s the process? Whom should I contact for removal of PII if I cannot use the app?
