So I found out if you forget your MPIN and try to reset it, it would ask for your debit card details, when entered, it fails. I found out that there is no way to reset your MPIN option in the current app. I use iOS.

It’s been a month since I had raised the concern. How does one go about using her/his account without being able to access it? How difficult is it to get RESET MPIN feature out? This is a little frustrating to not access Jupiter Money account, inspite of me transacting in it for a while now. Do we have a roadmap or timelines to get this sorted? Even Customer support team has stopped responding to this query. How can I be stuck out of my own bank account?
