Recently I made a purchase using the card, the 1% cashback isn’t credited, when checked with the customer care, the response was it is only for Dunzo, Uber, Swiggy, Flipkart, Myntra.
But the website shows the 1% cashback is for all card purchases.
On sharing that screenshot, the customer care representative said, yes it is still valid, then I asked why it was not credited, he jumped back again saying thier website has some problem and it is only for Dunzo, Uber, Swiggy, Flipkart, Myntra.
Horrible and frustrating experience!
