# Need help with Ac

Need help!!!  
Im currently using jupiter ac with my other number and made one with secondary number which i dont want to use it.  
Now im having a problem with applying loan  
Because i have 2 accounts.  
I want to delete the secondary AC

Account closure request can only be submitted via the app. Please login to the account that you want to close and submit a closure request

@Mukhiaji Welcome to the community.

Just use the chat in the app. The executives will help you with the account closure.

But please note that you can’t open an account again with that number. Also there may be issues that we are not aware of because of the 2 accounts.

So it’s best that you contact the Jupiter customer care.
