When will this issue get fixed? I am unable to change my mobile number. It’s already changed in federal bank, why it is difficult to change in Jupiter app? ---

@Hemnath_M The option to edit mobile number is now live and you can see this option under Account Details\>Profile Please ensure you are using the latest updated version of the app. Could you please elaborate the issue you are facing? Once I click on edit mobile number, it will verify whether I am a robot or human, once done with the verification it shows some thumps down symbol and says we are verifying it may take 5-7 business days. I am facing this for 2 months. I also have account with FI, I changed my phone number there it changed phone number for both Jupiter and Fi in federal bank, I am able use UPI in 3rd party app but it’s not changed in Jupiter. ---

Hai @wanriz Welcome to the community ✌🏻 You can create a support ticket by mailing to support@jupiter.money At present, you can change your mobile number from the app only if you have access to the app. Otherwise, it is better to get a replacement sim from the respective sim network provider’s office. You can enquire the same at the nearby Federal bank branch, if any.
