# My application is locked and it is showing wrong even after entering the correct PIN.

I have been continuously mailing customer care since last one week but till now I have not received any reply. My account is locked, it is not getting transferred even after forgetting the PIN. It is not getting transferred through Aadhar card and I don’t have debit card physical please solve the issue
