Money transfer 'processing' for more than 24h now

I joined Jupiter yesterday and transferred some money into the account through UPI.

But it has been more than 24h and the transaction is still being shown as ‘processing’.

The Jupiter rep iny the in-app chat yesterday said it’ll be resolved within 24h, but it hasn’t. Neither is the rep replying to any of my messages today.

Please fix this ASAP
