# Money not credited

Frustrating user experience,

Did an transaction to my friend on Sunday, money debited from my account, but it has not been credited to my friends account.

Raised an issue no proper response from customer support.

Very bad user experience and buggy app

Usually it may take minimum of 3 business/working days to settle the ‘processing’ transactions. And don’t worry, you may the refund if it gets failed. I suggest you to wait till tomorrow.

Was your friend’s account SBI? I think sbi was having lots of issues that day. As razack answered it would take 3-5 business days to credit back.
