# Money got stuck in self transfer on jupiter

I sent a big sum of money through self transfer but now it shows the amount is debited but it is not reflecting in the other bank account and its also not getting refunded on jupiter.

I think app is under maintenance sometime back(It is fine now). It may take couple of hours to complete the transaction I think. This is the **biggest** concern with **JUPITER**. They never update/notify on maintenance prior. You can chat with team on app for quicker resolution.

It should be reversed in a day or two, if it doesn’t make it to the other side.

Don’t think to much, it’s UPI self transfer… It’s too much safest… You will be refunded or transfer soon.

Yes all bank , banking app showing warning in app , email, sms comunication. But Jupiter don’t do 😒 and the partnership Bank maintenance timings also not good, every Bank do this thing at midnight.
Yesterday i saw a warning in fi app , that there partnership Bank under maintenance.
But i don’t saw any warning in Jupiter app.
