Mobile Verification Failed, Onboarding issue

I’m not able to open an account.
I first filled my PAN and verified aadhar in the app, then after some loading it say “we can’t open your account” .
Now it showing “Mobile Verification Failed, we are working on creating your account, but you can’t login at the moment…”

I do have Full KYC account with Federal Bank Fi.Money account, is this the issue ?

Same problem here as well. Post any solution you may have. I also have full kyc Fi account.
I think that’s the problem.

Told me to wait 24-48hr, seems many have this issue. I should have checked the community before opening.
My Friend opened Jupiter account without any issues but he didn’t have any Fi Account.

Is the problem fixed? I’m still facing same problem m

Same here, told me account can’t be opened

We can’t open your account this could be one of the reasons was being displayed on the app for me.
