Whenever I tried completing my KYC, it kept saying that my account could not be created."

The pots section I will added ₹1000 rupee . I tried to many time to withdraw my money.so how i withdraw my money from the pots

Please solve my issue as soon as possible.

I don’t have your customer service number . I will try so many time i will also do mails and there is no solution of my problem . So I just want to withdraw my money from Pots.
