# Jupiter Revised Charges Queries

Just Now, I received a mail for revised charges and I have multiple queries regarding it.

**Q1)** Firstly, it is mentioned that there is Requirement of ₹5,000  
average monthly balance and then this is what is written in the mail

So, **Is my Jupiter Account still a 0 balance account or not?**

**Q2)** Second, There is annual Debit Card fees of ₹299 which was ₹199 earlier. In this case, it is mentioned it can be waived off if we satisfy one of these conditions

**Is there any tracker to track how many months it has been since I’ve been a PRO Account?**  
**Is there any tracker to Track the Spends now, in order to waive the fees?**

**Q3)** The Revised Criteria for Pro is mentioned below

Now Earlier , our NRV (Pots, Super Pots, Fixeed Deposits and Digital Gold) was supposed to be above ₹10,000, now It is nowhere mentioned **what the NRV should be and will our Digital Gold be counted towards the NRV or the minimum balance?**  **Following this question, will our FD, Pots, SuperPots, Digital gold counted towards the ₹5,000 minimum balance as stated in Q1**?

**Q4)**  **Why should I not switch to other neo-banking services after levy of these heavy charges because Jupiter does not have a USP of its own now?**
