I tried to replicate this action.
It asked me for the name, branch, and account number.
There was no option for an IFSC code since it was taken directly from the branch 
I guess you didn’t see these 2 options? Strange. Lemme connect with you for more details.
Edit: Options were visible.
Currently, if you make a payment without adding the payee, you will not be able to delete it. Only added payees can be deleted. We are changing this part so that users will be able to delete any payee.
