# IMPS Charges? Can't it be free

It’s mentioned on your website([Jupiter Fee, Rates and Charges | Jupiter](https://jupiter.money/fees-rates-charges/)) that IMPS is chargeable from the 6th transaction. It’s one of the flaws that I see in this account. When Fi Money with the same banking partner can provide free IMPS ([Fi's transparent fee structure, no hidden charges](https://fi.money/fees)), why can’t Jupiter do that?

Jupiter will have to eventually change it just like it did for forex mark up charges. I had pointed the same long back.  
IMPS limits are increasing from 1st Jan , 2022 which will make NEFT and RTGS completely redundant for amount upto 5lacs.
