# I ordered a physical debit card but i was not home on the day it was supposed to be delivered

Now the card has been returned back to Jupiter. Is there any way I reattempt the delivery?

@anek I don’t think so. These things are all automated.

I guess that you need to reorder. Yes! Repayment will be a pain. ☹

@Shawnpinto does any solution exist for this problem?

i looked up the tracking number they provided on BlueDart
