# I am facing transaction problem since yesterday. It's showing pin not created, I've already sent money with the same pin. I am not able to use my money please solve this problem asap

I am havin problem to send money. It’s asking to set an UPI pin. It was all working till yesterday but what happened suddenly. Please make it work as soon as possible, my money are stuck

Here’s how to resolve it:  
**Step 1: Complete your KYC** [https://app.jupiter.money/onboarding-full-kyc/rekyc](https://app.jupiter.money/onboarding-full-kyc/rekyc)

1. Open the Jupiter app
2. Go to **Settings**
3. Tap on **Update KYC**
4. Complete the KYC update flow

**Step 2: Reset your UPI PIN**  
Once KYC is updated, go ahead and reset your UPI PIN again.  
This should resolve the issue and your UPI payments will resume working normally.
