Fraud Jupiter Debit card Issues

Hi,

I have received a jupiter debit card in my courier. Actually i was a victim of a online cyber fraud where the fraudster had access to my aadhar details, otps and pan details. I believe he has stolen my identity and opened an account with my identity.

Can anyone guide me further regarding this? I want to close this account so that no further harm or fraud is caused using this account.

I have sent the mail. Would request you to kindly block the card and account associated with the card. Further id like to close this account completely, kindly assist me regarding this.
