# Discuss about my jupiter bank experience

Hello every one i m bhanu sharma a old user of jupiter bank ,i joined this bank i 2019 that time i think that its a good bank for me but with in a 6 months of 2019 i got a small issue related to my upi transaction of rs 800 i used to raise a ticket but no response ok i left it but after a month i faced 4 issues related to my upi transaction same thing was happened of rs 2000,rs 347,rs 100,rs 3350.bank took 3 months but no response just only said sorry .in year 2021 ,in all 365 days i tottal got 19 payment issues but no response in year 2022 i faced total 46 transaction issues .and in 2023 9 transaction issues and 4 cheque isues.in overall i thank to jupiter bank for that kind of cheap services u have done a great job with the help of my money u provide salary to your staff .but i told u now its my turn i will took legal action bythe help of rbi and show u peoples the road graph .interesting part of total conversation my cibil is 743 and the bank told me no loan offer .
