**The Idea:** _Developer Mode for Troubled Customers and Bug Bounty Hunters_ **The Problem:** _Users cannot take screenshots of statements, bugs or other important parts of the app to send to support._ **The Solution** : These are the following steps that can be taken to assure it’s a human. 1. Enter PIN/Fingerprint. 2. Enter OTP Manually 3. Throw a warning message and disclaimer with the consequences. **Added Bonus** Hide Confidential Details automatically using the Screenshot API parameters These will allow users to report issues easily. ---

Another way to implement it following is to add a screenshot button as a overlay which generates the screenshot as a PNG Masking confidential values. This would mean no malware can abuse Android’s built in screenshot API
