# Credit Card Application Stuck on Company Email Page – Need Backend Reset

Hi Team,

My credit card application is completely locked on the company email verification page. The “Back” button is disabled, so I cannot modify my inputs.

I do not have a corporate email ID and need to change my employment status to “Self-Employed” to proceed via CIBIL/Bank Statements instead of an ITR. I have already tried force-closing, offloading, and reinstalling the app on my iPhone, but the screen remains stuck.

Could a community manager please reset my credit card journey pipeline from the backend?

Thanks for your interest in the card. Onboarding journey can’t be reset by us directly and it requires bank approval. Please DM your details to @Salini_Chatterjee and she will assess the feasibility. Allow her 3 to 4 working days to get back after checking with the bank.
