# Couldn’t log in my Jupiter account

I tried to login my Jupiter account but it’s throwing some error…  
anyone know why it’s happening?

The best course of action is to email Jupiter customer support at support@jupiter.money.

I hope this should be solved.

Also have you tried to clear the data on the app or uninstall/reinstall the app and try to login again?

Also you can try to login using a family member or friend’s phone just to check whether the account is working fine. Just in case you want to quickly check…

have tried login using a friends phone but its not workings.

In that case, your only option is to get in touch with Jupiter customer support at support@jupiter.money.

executive from jupiter enquired about issue… i have also shared the Screenshots of the error.  
Hope my problem is solved soon
