# Cash withdrawal

Hi, I wanted to withdraw around 4500 from my account using the debit card. I tried to do so from a gramin bank atm, is that not possible? I thought any atm would work, but it showed “card not accepted” when I tried. My account is not kyc verified, does that affect it?
