Bug: Not all loans and no Credit Card liability shown

I just joined today and pulled credit report. My email from credit bureau is comprehensive but the debt details in the app is not.

In Debt details,

  • none of my credit cards are shown
  • Not all loan types are shown, thus the total liability is not accurate
