For every international transactions it show INR AMOUNT\_NUMBER even if currency is different . Eg for 10$ internal transaction it show msg like: 1234 is the OTP for this purchase of INR 10 at LAMBDA CLOUD using your cobranded Debit Card issued by Federal Bank. Thank you for bringing this topic up. I too faced this issue but at that time I had not joined this community. It felt very weird when I was doing a transaction for 29 USD and I received OTP asking for a transaction of Rs 29. I went ahead and entered the OTP anyways since I trusted the merchant website and I was charged ~2400 Rs as expected.
