Although I’ve the option to apply for the card but it shows “Something went wrong” while paying the fees. Can someone connect me to the team and process the application?

One must have activate virtual debit card in order to apply for aurora. I blocked both virtual and physical DC before applying ![]()
I had applied for a debit card card around the second week of March and the delivery was unsuccessful because the delivery address was not correct apparently. Fine.
I tried contacting customer care multiple times but it’s all automated and they didn’t let me talk to a human executive once. So the money i paid for the card is basically gone. Fine.
Now I think surely this can be a good opportunity to forget about the debit card and opt the new Aurora card. I pay 5999₹ and it asks me to block my previous card and I do so and then voila. No card delivery and no communication regarding the card delivery. The best part no one cares. I’ve messaged ShawnPinto twice for help but he’s too busy helping others on community posts rather than not seenzoning the dms. No team member has reached out to me. No card delivery link OR status. I’m beginning to think I’ve been scammed. If some of You guys have any input id very much appreciate it. What should i do next?
