Account freeze/block
My both fi and jupiter is frozen, no response from both the platforms. Please help 😭😭

@Imran123 check your registered email address for your Jupiter account if you have received an email from the Jupiter cyber care team. If no, click on the support tab. The next page will be show the account frozen message. There you will see the send email option. Click on it and it will be lead you to your inbox with the email id added in the “To” section and the account# in the subject line. Add your message in the body of the email and send the email. It takes at least 48-72 hours for the first response to come in. And post that continue to follow up with them.

I have already sent the email 4-5 times to both. But still there is no response. My last sbi account was also frozen but due to loan that i took through mypocket. This account is not associated with any loan. Does it have any relation? Please help.

I have also used this account of jupiter in binance for crypto buying and selling but not the fi money account. Then why fi money account was blocked?. What are the options to resolve it.
Monthly transactions had been 1.33 lakhs in sep. Around 45 k in oct. And 21k in November.
Please help as around 10,000 in stuck in both jupiter and fi combined.asa

@Imran123 the community may not be able to guide as much on the Fi account. As far as the Jupiter account is concerned, the only option is to continue to follow up with the Cyber Care team via email. As soon as you receive a response, in your case there should be a set of questions that will be asked. Do not hold back any information. You can also call Jupiter customer care for them to relay it to the Cyber team to check your email and respond

This means, as a next step you will receive the details of the LEA that has sent the email to freeze your account. You will get an email address and a phone number of LEA. you will not get the details of the complainant.

@Faisal_07 reach out to the Cyber Care team using the email option when you click on the customer service icon. The response comes in after 48 working hours. Either they will ask for certain details or they will confirm the reason for your account getting frozen.
