Heyy, my account is frozen and i have been to police station and from there they have mailed the @tmcomplaints@federalbank.co.in on 20th may at 11.43 am but my account didn’t get unfrozen by now what can i do now how it will get unfreeze i got very frustrated with the process
Please share the complaint closure details with cybercare@jupiter.money. They will take it up with bank.
