Hello I want to close my Jupiter account as I was disappointed by the credit card linking issue , and atp I want to close my account. Please guide me through the process.

Apologies for the unsatisfactory experience. Even though you have made your mind to close your account, it would be great if you can take 2 minutes and DM me the exact issue which you faced. I would like to assess the possibility of fixing the gaps and see if you would be keen to continue. However, if you have made your mind, I will respect your decision and you can reach out to customer support to initiate the closure.
