My KYC has done since 5 days and 10000 is with held with you plz refund it or give update on the saving account of federal pro account

Apologies for the inconvenience but Community is not meant for customer servicing. We have multiple level of escalations defined upto me and Jitendra for reporting or escalating any deficiency in services.
