# 5000 not credited

On 10th September I opened my jupiter savings account which took ₹5000 during opening as safety deposit.

I enquired the amount not yet credited to my account on 27th September email they raised a ticket but still didn’t hear back from them.

Any help or lead will be greatly appreciated

Clarification :

There is no safety amount that is taken! The amount which you add as “pre-funding” gets added in your account as soon as the account it opened and you can use it. If you are not able to see the pre-funding amount, please DM your details to @Aayush_Mishra.

I deposited ₹5,000 via UPI while opening my Jupiter Savings Account, as the app instructed. The transaction was successful, and I could see the balance before KYC. However, immediately after completing KYC, my account and balance disappeared. I have not withdrawn the money or received a refund.

I have emailed support multiple times and tried calling, but I have received only automated replies. Federal Bank also advised me to contact Jupiter.

Please trace my ₹5,000, confirm my account status, and arrange for a human representative to resolve this issue. I also request a complaint reference number and a clear resolution timeline.

@Akanksha_Chauhan please DM your email ID if your issue is not resolved. Please also check if it got reversed to your account from where you have made the INR 5000 transaction.
